What is Track Tally?

Track Tally is a simple shared counter app for daily challenges. Set a target (e.g., 100 push-ups), log every rep, and see everyone’s progress in real time.

Objective

Do your set number of repetitions every single day.

Keep your streak alive and growing (think Duolingo, but for reps).

Why do this?

Life’s full of things you don’t feel like doing. Knocking out push-ups when you’re tired trains your brain to stop making excuses. Strong body, stronger habits; and those stronger habits eventually spill into everything from work to personal goals.

How it works

  1. Install the app to your home screen (button above).
  2. Join a challenge with a Challenge ID.
  3. Log reps as you go.
  4. Earn streaks: A shared counters keep everyone encouraged to keep going.
